Cancellation And Return

We strive to provide goods and services which comply with the industry standards to ourcustomers and make online shopping a breeze. However, in case you face any issues with theproduct(s), you can write to us info@whiteapron.in and we will try our best to resolve yourissue at the earliest.The Company shall entertain returns only in below-mentioned cases:

1. Receipt of short-expiry product(s)

We strive to provide you with the latest product(s). In case you receive product(s) which isexpiring at least within 90 days, click a picture of the manufacturing label on which the dateof manufacturing and expiry has been printed and send it to our email id: info@whiteapron.inalong with the order and invoice number. You are required to report such issues immediatelyupon receipt of the product(s) or max. within 12 hours from the receipt. Once the e-mail isreceived by us, an investigation may be initiated at our end. After the investigation, if theissue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new product(s)with the extended expiry dates. In case the product(s) which was ordered is unavailable, thena coupon or credit note will be issued which can be redeemed in your next purchase. Pleasenote that you are not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case ofreshipment.

2. Receipt of product(s) damaged in transit

Do not accept your order if you receive a tampered consignment as evident from thepackaging. If received, after opening the consignment you find that the product(s) is damagedthen immediately (within no later than 2 hours from the receipt of the order) click the photoof the damaged product(s) as well as the product label(s) and send it to our emailid: info@whiteapron.in along with the order number and the invoice number. Once wereceive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. After the investigation, if theissue raised is found to be valid, we will make arrangements to dispatch a new productsubject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available, then a coupon or creditnote will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that you are notrequired to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.

3. Receipt of product having manufacturing defect

If upon receipt of the order you notice that your product(s) has a manufacturing defect, youare required to kindly attach a photo of the product’s label and send it to our emailid: info@whiteapron.in forthwith and within no later than 4 hours from the receipt of theorder. Once we receive the email, an investigation may be initiated at our end. Our team/courier partner / supplier or manufacturer’s representative will collect the product and once itis ascertained that the defect claim is valid we will make arrangements to dispatch a newproduct subject to the availability of the stock. If the stock is not available then a coupon orcredit note will be issued which you can redeem in your next purchase. Please note that youare not required to pay for any additional shipping fees in such a case of reshipment.
